1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the 360 Elevate website (360elevate.com) and to the services provided by 360 Elevate (“we”, “us”, “our”), a business based at 9th floor, Plot 24/1-2, Mirpur Road, Shyamoli, Dhaka 1207, Bangladesh. By using our website or ordering our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Our services
We provide web design and development, digital marketing, lead generation and AI automation services. The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each project or plan are set out in the quote, proposal or order confirmation we agree with you.
3. Orders and payment
- Fees are as stated in your quote or order confirmation, and are payable by the methods and on the schedule stated there.
- Third-party costs such as advertising spend, domain registration, hosting and software licences are separate from our fees unless the quote says otherwise.
- Payments are handled through our payment processor(s). We do not store full card details on our own servers.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, materials and timely feedback so we can deliver on schedule. Delays on your side may move the timeline.
- Make sure you have the right to use any content, logos, images or data you give us.
- Keep any account details we set up for you secure.
5. Intellectual property
Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create for you. Third-party materials, tools, plugins and any pre-existing materials remain subject to their own licences. Unless you ask us not to, we may show completed work in our portfolio.
6. Refunds and cancellation
Refunds and cancellation of monthly services are covered by our Refund Policy.
7. Messaging and WhatsApp
If you contact us or give us your phone or WhatsApp number, we may use it to reply to your enquiry and to deliver the services you ordered. We send promotional messages only to people who have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message or by contacting us, and we will stop promptly. Messages sent over WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and policies.
8. Acceptable use of our website
You agree not to use our website unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to disrupt it, or to copy or scrape its content in bulk without our permission.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
- We deliver our services with reasonable care and skill, but we do not guarantee specific results such as search rankings, traffic, leads, sales or revenue.
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
